These terms apply when you use the Affinity Cloud Studio website and when you order from us. By using the site you agree to them.

Using this website
You may browse the site, share links to it and contact us through it. Please don’t copy our designs or photos for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
Product photos are samples
Photos on this site show examples of our work and of products we can supply. Some are representative or supplier photos. Your product may differ in colour, size, finish or detail, especially when it is handmade or personalised. Names, photos and logos shown on samples are only examples.
Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp
The website does not take orders or payments. Enquiring through a button does not place an order. An order is confirmed when we have agreed the design, quantity, price and timeline with you on WhatsApp (or in writing) and you have paid the 50% advance. The balance is due before dispatch.
Product prices and shipping charges are shared on WhatsApp before you pay. Monthly plan prices are listed on our Plans page; ad budget is separate and not included in any plan.

Bulk-order categories
Printing, Trophies & Awards and Farewell & Freshers are bulk orders only. The minimum quantity is shared with your quote.
What you send us
When you send photos, names, logos or text for a product, you confirm you have the right to use them and that they don’t break anyone else’s rights or the law. You allow us to use them only to make your order. We may refuse content that is offensive, unlawful or infringes someone’s trademark or copyright.
We send you a design or proof to approve before production. Please check names, spellings, dates and photos carefully — we make the product as approved, and an order can’t be cancelled after design approval.
Logos and designs we create for you
When we design a logo for you (for example in the Business Starter plan), you own the final logo once you have paid in full. We may show the work in our portfolio and on our social media, unless you ask us not to.
Our content
The design of this site and our text and photos belong to Affinity Cloud Studio. Logos and brand names that appear in customers’ work belong to their owners.
Links to other sites
We link to WhatsApp, Instagram and Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is error-free or always available. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the site. Nothing here limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights as a consumer (including your right to approach a consumer commission), disputes will be handled by the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
