Shipping & Delivery Policy

We are based on Mount Road, Chennai and deliver in Chennai and across India (Chennai | Pan India).
Where we deliver
- Within Chennai: by courier, or pick up your order from us on Mount Road.
- Rest of India: by courier, through our trusted courier partners.
Making time
Most products take 3–7 working days to make after you approve the design, depending on the product. We tell you the making time when you order. Urgent orders are possible on request, with an extra charge.
Delivery time
- Chennai: 1–2 days after dispatch.
- Rest of India: 3–7 days after dispatch.
Courier delays, holidays or events outside our control can sometimes add time. We will keep you updated on WhatsApp.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are shared on WhatsApp before you pay.
Tracking
We send you a tracking link on WhatsApp after dispatch.
Damaged in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will replace or repair the item, or refund you if a replacement isn’t possible — see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Wrong address or missed delivery
If a parcel comes back to us undelivered (for example because of a wrong address or no one being available), you pay the charge to ship it again.
